L. Gregory Loomar has been in practice since 1992 and has specialized in the representation of people involved in business acquisitions, sales, commercial transactions and commercial litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in Florida State court and the Federal District court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Loomar's current practice consists of representation of sellers or buyers in all commercial matters including business acquisitions, sales, stock sales and purchases, corporate mergers, franchise transfers, corporate and partnership disputes, real estate transactions, due diligence, business investigation and evaluation, landlord/tenant matters, brokerage disputes and commercial litigation. Mr. Loomar's transactional practice focuses on providing due diligence advice and assisting his clients by providing expertise in business evaluation and confirming all aspects of the transaction.

In many of his clients' business and commercial transactions, Mr. Loomar regularly works with many SBA and commercial lenders to structure and confirm necessary financing and has acted as a closing agent and worked with a variety of financial lending institutions including, but not limited to CIT Small Business Lending Corp., Temecula Valley Bank, Comerica, Advantage Bank, Diamond Financial, Horizon Bank, Wachovia Bank and Banco Popular.

Mr. Loomar provides corporate support to his clients on an on-going basis and practices commercial litigation in Florida state and federal courts, the American Arbitration Association and Mediation in matters including transactional or commercial disputes, breach of contract, replevin actions, foreclosures, landlord/tenant matters, commercial and residential lease disputes, non-competition, employment, wrongful termination, probate, trust matters and collections.

Because of his interest in business and commercial transactions, Mr. Loomar devotes a large potion of his practice on business evaluation, due diligence investigations and assisting clients with the development and implementation of their business plans. Throughout his career, Mr. Loomar has had the opportunity to represent many satisfied clients in business and commercial transactions and has successfully resolved many commercial disputes and litigation matters, without the need for prolonged and extensive litigation. He strives to provide a complete range of related legal services to his clients in all corporate and business matters in a fair and cost effective manner.
